Tier 1
Rescue
from £1,650
We fix the site you already have, without starting again.
Best when the site is sound underneath and simply out of date.
For established businesses with an outdated website
Your business has moved on over the last ten years. Your website has not. The version of you that customers meet first is the oldest thing you own.
We rebuild it to match the business you actually run today.
Or email enquiries@prettyducklings.com. We reply the same working day.
Sheet 02 · The gap
We measure the distance between the two. That distance is the brief. Most of the work is catching the site up, not inventing anything new.
| Item | Your business today | Measured gap | What your website still says |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | Twelve staff and a second location | “A small family business” | |
| 02 | Booked three weeks ahead | “Call us for availability” | |
| 03 | Four hundred reviews, 4.8 average | Reviews appear nowhere | |
| 04 | Card, finance and payment plans | “Please telephone to discuss” |
The business on the left is the one you built. The one on the right is the one people meet first.
Aircraft maintenance and avionics
A specialist practice for aviation businesses
MRO, avionics, repair stations, aircraft management, charter, FBOs and brokers. The trust framework, the free MRO website audit, and nine UK aviation sites reviewed the same way.
Sheet 03 · Findings
Every other part of the business got attention as it grew. The website is usually the one thing nobody went back to, so it quietly keeps introducing the old version of you.
None of this reflects on your work. It is simply what happens when a business grows faster than the page describing it.
It describes the business you were, not the one you built. Staff, locations and services have all moved on without it.
Your reviews live on Google. The site never mentions them, so the trust you earned sits somewhere else.
The photographs date from the last refit. Visitors compare them to the premises they actually walk into.
Services you have offered for years are missing, because nobody updated the page when you added them.
It only works in office hours. Anyone deciding at nine in the evening has to wait until morning, or try the next business on their list.
It loads slowly on a phone, and for many of your customers the phone is where they meet you first.
Sheet 04 · The cost of leaving it
Nobody rings to say they chose someone else because of your website. The cost of leaving it is real. It just never announces itself.
Your reviews, services and team keep growing. The website stays exactly as it is, so the distance between the business and the page gets wider every month.
Take what one new customer is worth to you and multiply it by the customers the site loses you in a year. A Rescue starts at £1,650. If your number is bigger, keeping the old site is the expensive option, every year.
Search engines and AI assistants read your website to answer questions about your business. When the page is out of date, they pass the old version on to people who never visit it.
Sheet 05 · Method
No more wincing when you send someone the link, and no more calls that only ask what the website should have told them. Nothing about how you work has to change: your name, your reputation, your web address and your email all stay. Four moves, in this order.
We list what your business does now against what your website claims, and that list becomes the brief. When we finish, the site introduces the business you run today.
We organise the site around the problems customers arrive with rather than your internal service names. They recognise their own situation and go straight to it.
Reviews, credentials, awards, years trading and real results belong on the page, not hidden under About. You earned all of it, so a stranger should see it before they decide whether to call.
Fast on a phone, prices published, and a way to book without waiting for office hours, so someone deciding after work can act there and then.
Sheet 06 · Proof
Ten years of reputation in the Texas Hill Country. A named medical director, a licensed facility, 89 reviews averaging 4.8, and voted best in town a decade running. Almost none of that reached the website. Now a first-time visitor sees what regulars already knew, with every treatment, every price, and results photographs that name exactly what was done.
Sheet 07 · Schedule of prices
We tell clients to publish their prices, so here are ours. The right tier depends on how much of your current site is worth keeping.
US visitors see dollars by default. Either way, you get a fixed quote in your own currency before any work starts.

If something we did breaks your site, including an update we applied, putting it right costs you nothing. Prices are starting points for a typical site, and you get a fixed quote before any work starts. You own the domain, hosting, files and ad accounts from day one, and there is no lock-in contract.
Fifteen minutes. We tell you which tier fits on the call, not in a proposal, so you can weigh it against what the old site costs you.
Fifteen minutes. We open your site and your Google profile live, show you where the business has outgrown the page, and name the three things we would change first. You keep that list whether you hire us or not. Leave it another year and the gap only gets wider.
